1 Stick Butter
1/2 cup Shortening
2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix ingredients well and then roll out and bake at 325 degrees
